Program Overview
The Free Diabetes and Blood Pressure Medical Camp is a community healthcare initiative aimed at early detection, treatment, and long-term support for individuals suffering from diabetes and hypertension, especially those from economically disadvantaged backgrounds.
Stage I: Initial Health Screening
Selected individuals undergo free health check-ups for diabetes and blood pressure conducted by qualified medical professionals. Those identified with symptoms or potential health risks are shortlisted for further medical evaluation.
Stage II: Confirmatory Testing & Medical Guidance
Shortlisted patients receive confirmatory blood tests and blood pressure monitoring. Based on the results, they are guided with appropriate medical advice and enrolled in a structured care and follow-up plan.
Monthly Medicine Support
Patients diagnosed with chronic diabetes or hypertension are supported with free monthly medicines as part of an ongoing care initiative. This long-term support helps individuals manage their condition effectively and maintain a healthier quality of life.
